Hello RVing world!

September 6, 2007

Welcome to RVbulletin.wordpress.com. This is my first post. Blogging is something I’m learning about so, bare with me. I will  be sharing with you some experiences and content that I feel will be of much interest to you as fellow RVers ! Don’t let this one pass you by!

Man, the times under those starred filled nights and campfires galore. Smelling those campfires is something that gets me going. In a the world of digital technology and the fast lane of life. there is nothing that compares to a RVing trip with family and friends. I love camping as you can tell. Ask my kids! They have been drug on trips everywhere. At the time, sure there was some grumbling and “not again’s”. But if you were to ask today, they would tell that it was some of the best times in our lives together as a family

You see, there’s nothing like those ole family times together when it is just us. That jus time where you have to spend time with one and other and that’s all there is to it! But through that comes the greatest bonding experiences. Where you depend on one another to be there and to communicate on a special level of sharing , working and talking with each other to understand more deeply who your family are as individuals and as people. I love my family very deeply. And as we shared those one-on-one times as our family unit we’ve grown together and share that special bond no one can take away.

Family togetherness is by far the biggest part missing today! In a world with all these other diversions around us we tend to take one another for granted. Assuming that because we see each other occasionally and sleep in the same house it’s all OK. But we are missing out on the time to be spent together. As the years role by and are lives become more engulfed in the trenches of society , we look back and realize where did all the time go. Well you see, I don’t have that problem and I thank God everyday for that. Because you see, I was afforded the opportunity to share that precious time with my wife and children.

Life is but a mere speck of time! And we can’t get back what we have let slip away. I strongly encourage to heed these words and take even a small amount of time to camping with your family. Even if you don’t like camping, try it. I guarantee you it will be the experience of a lifetime and the togetherness and time with your family will be talked about for years to come.
